The Godfather Part II is an 1974 American crime film directed and produced by Francis Ford Coppola. with the leading starcast Al Pacino, Robert Duvall, Diane Keaton, it is the second installment of The Godfather trilogy. based on the Puzo’s 1969 novel the godfather. the plot is based on 1958 story Michael Corleone role played by Pacino who is the new don of Corleone family, who protect the family. after the success of first film Paramount Pictures started its second movie. Principal photography of the movie begun on Oct 1973 to and it is completed in June 1974. In December 12, 1974, The Godfather Part II was premiered in new york city. On December 20 1974 was released on United Status. 
The budget of the movie was $13 Million and movie box-office gross reached to $48-88 Million. at the 47th Academy Awards eleven academy awards. it wins six oscars. lead actor of the movie Pacino won BAFTA Award for Best Actor also and also nominated Academy Award for Best Actor.

Cast of the movie performed their respected role very successfully Al Pacino was seen in the role of Michael Corleone, Diane Keaton was seen in the role of Kay Adams-Corleone, Talia Shire was seen in the role of Connie Corleone, Andy García was seen in the role of Vincent Corleone, Eli Wallach was seen in the role of Don Altobello, Joe Mantegna was seen in the role of Joey Zasa. after seeing the reaction of the third installment  Francis Ford Coppola said that the fourth installment also were discussed but the writer was died after the several try and discussion the fourth installment was cancelled.
