Refund policy

Overview

We take great care in preparing every order to ensure the highest quality. Since our products are custom-made and produced specifically for each customer, our return policy is limited to issues related to manufacturing defects or shipping damage.


Returns & Replacements

We do not offer refunds or returns for any customized or personalized products.

However, we will gladly offer a free replacement if your order meets one of the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defect in the product
  • Printing or production error caused by us
  • Item received is damaged during shipping
  • Wrong item delivered

Replacement Conditions

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within the same timeframe as your original order processing and delivery period
  • Clear photo evidence of the defect or issue must be provided
  • The product must be unused after delivery

Non-Eligible Cases

We cannot offer replacements or returns in the following cases:

  • Customer-related damage after delivery
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Minor variations in color due to screen display differences
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer during ordering

Refund Policy

We do not issue monetary refunds.
Approved claims will be resolved by sending a replacement item only.

Shipping Issues
