- We are not responsible for poor image quality, incorrect uploads, or design errors provided by the customer
- Minor variations in color, alignment, or print output may occur due to technical printing processes and device display differences

If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued only for the amount paid, provided that production has not started.

To confirm an order, a partial payment (deposit) is required before production begins. The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid before delivery or upon delivery, depending on the payment method agreed at checkout.

All claims must be submitted within the original order delivery timeframe and must include clear photo evidence.
We reserve the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving any replacement.
