  • Longer delivery times for other governorates, depending on the shipping company and assigned courier

Please note that delivery times may vary due to logistics conditions, location, and courier availability.


Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Courier or logistics delays from ProZone
  • Public holidays or non-working days
  • Remote delivery locations

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or external circumstances beyond our control.


Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to ProZone:

  • We are no longer responsible for delivery time or delays
  • The shipping company is fully responsible for handling and delivering the package
  • Customers must ensure correct and complete delivery information is provided

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for failed delivery due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Incomplete contact information
  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


Order Tracking

If tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.


Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the case and provide a replacement if eligible under our policy.
